Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided on this website by the operator of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator"). Users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") agree to these Terms before using the Service.

Eligibility for Use

The Service is available only to those who meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Those who agree to and comply with these Terms
  2. Those who have not previously violated these Terms

Prohibited Actions

Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:

  1. Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Actions related to criminal activities
  3. Actions that violate court rulings or orders
  4. Impersonation of others
  5. Collecting personal information of others through unauthorized means
  6. Providing false or misleading information
  7. Transferring or lending authentication credentials to third parties
  8. Repeatedly posting automatically generated content
  9. Engaging in spam activities (e.g., repeatedly posting identical content or content aimed at redirecting traffic to other sites)
  10. Intentionally interfering with the Service's server or network system
  11. Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service or are likely to do so
  12. Repeatedly accessing the API server directly without using the features provided by the Service
  13. Providing direct or indirect benefits to antisocial forces
  14. Infringing on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights of Users, the Operator, or third parties
  15. Posting content that includes excessive violence, explicit sexual content, discriminatory expressions based on race, nationality, beliefs, gender, social status, or origin, expressions promoting self-harm or drug abuse, or any content that may cause discomfort to others
  16. Harassment, defamation, stalking, or similar acts against others
  17. Engaging in activities for the purpose of meeting or dating unknown individuals
  18. Engaging in religious activities or soliciting for religious organizations
  19. Any other inappropriate actions similar to those listed above

If the Operator determines that a User has engaged in any of the prohibited actions above, the Operator may delete relevant content or suspend/delete the User's account. The Operator is not obligated to disclose the reasons for taking such actions.

Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Users may only post or edit content (e.g., text, images) on the Service if they hold the necessary intellectual property rights or have obtained the necessary permissions from the rights holder.
  2. The copyright of content posted or edited by Users (hereinafter referred to as "User Content") shall remain with the respective User or rights holder.
  3. Users and third parties may not reproduce or distribute User Content without the permission of the rights holder.
  4. Users grant the Operator the right to display and distribute User Content on the Service (including public transmission and making available for transmission).

Management of Authentication Credentials

Users are responsible for properly managing and safeguarding the email address and authentication credentials registered for their account. If a User loses access to their registered email address, they may be unable to log in to the Service.

Users are responsible for the registration and use of authentication credentials for third-party services (hereinafter referred to as "External Services"). The Operator shall not be liable for any damages or disadvantages resulting from insufficient management of authentication credentials or unauthorized use by third parties.

Paid Features and Payments

The Service offers paid plans, which allow Users to access exclusive features by paying a specified fee on a monthly basis.

If a User does not cancel their paid plan or delete their account before the expiration date, the plan will automatically renew for another month, and the User will be obligated to pay the associated fee.

If a payment fails during the renewal process, the Operator may immediately suspend the paid plan. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such suspension.

If a User cancels a paid plan in the middle of a month or if their account is deleted or suspended, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

The paid plan is only available to those who have access to the designated payment methods specified by the Operator and comply with these Terms.

The Operator delegates payment processing to Stripe (hereinafter referred to as "the Payment Processor"). The Operator does not store credit card or other payment information; instead, the Payment Processor manages such data. By completing the payment process, Users are deemed to have agreed to the Payment Processor's terms of use.

Advertising

The Operator may display third-party advertisements on the Service.

Account Deletion

Users may delete their accounts at any time by following the specified procedure. Once an account is deleted, all content posted on the Service and any data associated with the account (e.g., purchase history, receipts) will no longer be accessible. No refunds will be issued for paid plan subscriptions.

The Operator shall not be liable for any losses or disadvantages resulting from account deletion.

Changes and Suspension of the Service

The Operator may change the contents of the Service or suspend certain functions without prior notice to Users. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages or disadvantages resulting from such changes or suspensions.

Disclaimers

  1. The Operator does not guarantee that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including but not limited to defects related to security, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability for a particular purpose, or the presence of errors or bugs).
  2. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages or disadvantages resulting from the use of the Service. However, if the contract between the Operator and the User falls under a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer shall not apply.

Changes to the Terms of Use

  1. The Operator may change these Terms without prior notice to Users by announcing such changes on the website.
  2. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages or disadvantages resulting from changes to these Terms or the Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is located. In the event of a dispute, Users and the Operator shall engage in good faith discussions to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the User's country of residence or through an arbitration body mutually agreed upon by both parties.
